What to do if you need a refund but don't have a receipt.

In most stores, as long as you can do one of the following, they'll try and track down your original docket for you:

1. Find a copy of the purchase in your records - on a bank statement or credit card statement.

2. Know the date you purchased the item (approx) as well as what other items were bought with the purchase.

These two things make it much easier for staff to track down your docket and increase the chance of a refund even if you don't have a copy of your docket.
